Periodontal Membership
If paying out-of-pocket for active periodontal maintenance and treatment is too expensive for you and stops you from receiving necessary dental care, DTLA Smile offers a Perio Membership Plan. This plan is ideal for patients who are at an increased risk of periodontal diseases.
Perio Membership Plan costs $6900 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee. The plan covers 3 - 4 perio maintenance cleanings, 1-2 doctor exams, fluoride treatment, hot towel TMJ massage, and lip care services. With the Perio maintenance plan, the patient also receives needed X-rays and one emergency exam per year if required. Patients also get 20% off for all other treatments though some exclusions may apply.
